Ausmus ain't the problem.
Price was never that good to begin with, he had some good years with TB, went on a streak last month with Boston, but at the end of the day he's a slightly better than average fastball pitcher.

Verlander?
Not many pitchers excel after age 32 or so, unless you're a freak like Nolan Ryan.

Ausmis ain't winning manager of the year awards anytime soon, he's still not the problem.
