Managing the unit plays is ultra important. I thought there was a lot of value from fading Sale, getting +170 at home. My money got a nice ride, but I kissed my sister upon arrival. We peaked at over 26+ units, so the regression doesn't bother me. I've been doing this long enough not to get too excited about big movements in either direction.

The seats at the Contrarian Observation Tower are on delivery. Those who responded earlier get leather recliners.

You don't want too many seats at the tower. It will hurt what you can charge for the average seat. Keep the supply and demand strong.

Thanks fellas for kudos. The cash last night was undoubtedly nice but also there were sniffs on other teams that didn't confirm, that also won. The sniff no play which results in a win, shows me positive trending which reveals a bigger picture as we continue thru the season.
