Rockies sit dead red on fastball and Lynn throws fastball 60-70%, Lynn coming off his longest outing of the year 8 innings. I'm not crazy bout marquez here either as he walks plenty and swing miss rate not impressive. But, this cards first time seeing him and I think there's a bit of an advantage bot starter and bullpen.

Hellickson with great numbers against Miami, Volquez is 0-7 on the year, his 1st win in a Marlins uniform has to come sometime. He pitched fairly well at oakland last week. Really only thing he has to do is keep his walks down and just go right after these guys.

I just don't know if I should lay that much juice on the marlins

I split the bet -1 -119/-1.5 +130, so for a $100 bet, $58.5 to win $50 & $50 wins $65 respectively. Literally 9 cents of juice.

Yes Hellickson always pitches well vs. Miami. I agree tonight could be the night for Volquez, but I'm.not betting on it. GL though.
Why all the juice with Happ on the mound? Just curious. GL.

I actually valued to play the Reds as I get -170/+155, but I think Wojciechowski worse than Happ, BJs bats coming alive, esp aginst guys like 2nite who dont possess swing and miss stuff. Happ coming off elbow injury is concerning though, hence why I only played risk 1 unit moneyline.
Thnx mag. The past week has been particularly great!

First off, congrats on a solid year thus far. Been tailing quite a few of your plays. But why so much Cubs love lately? Just can't see them getting swept by the Pads?

Pads have faced 2 pitchers in Hendricks and Butler who pitch to contact. Completely different story today. Much different team against a strikeout pitcher.
