Whats going on here? Pitcher for SF looks okay with a 3.33 ERA and 1.04 WHIP. Matt Moore has been really bad

SF is 42-26

Apparantly, the Ray's are ~33 wins in last 50 Saturday games at home.. Also Suarez spent time in Tampa system.. So they may know what each other is about.. Only angle I can find for the line, TBH I kinda like SF for the price..
