Alot of these kids been throwing breaking balls all year round since they were 8 years old. Tired arms and TJ surgery at 20 or 23. Sad.

i had a coach in little league who didnt want us throwing changeups because he didnt want us to "hurt our arms," yet he had kids throwing curveballs... Smart guy he was.
