Use some other book till you cash out there. That way you keep yourself away from your own stash. Books will always take their sweet time especially when they see an "all in" pattern of betting.

Yeah they got me once on that, blew my whole balance waiting. Learned a hard lesson. That's why I love nitrogen. Btc withdrawal takes less than 5 minutes. Reduced lines as well.
