Not sure why total is so low and wouldn't even touch the Under at 7 personally.
Also Price on the road at plus $ is a no-brainer.

I was thinking over 3 runs for both teams. Once they get by the first time through the lineup, with the 34 degree weather, hitters should be able to "dribble" a few.
