#157Also leaning towards Bos Tor under - I like to look contrarian of what happened the next game whenever 2 teams match up relatively close and pitchers make consecutive starts against the same team. My favorite spot is when a pitcher pitches a gem and then the next game, usually 5 or so days later, we go against him, usually get a nice discount. Here I like the under 9 - both pitchers got shelled in that game, but the total opens the same way. That has something to do with the mismanaged total of the first game and the better hitting park of the Rogers Centre, but wind looks like it's blowing in. I may end up rolling with it.Comment -

#158PREVIOUS DISCUSSION...
WITH FULL SUNSHINE TODAY...TEMPS WILL BEGIN TO ONCE AGAIN REBOUND
NICELY...WITH MIXING CLOSER TO H85. TEMPS AT THIS LVL REMAIN NEAR
0C TO +1C. THEREFORE...AWAY FROM THE COAST...WILL LIKELY SEE UPPER
50S AND LOW-MID 60S FOR HIGHS. MEANDERING-STACKED LOW PRES
OFFSHORE SLIDES JUST SLIGHTLY W...INCREASING THE NE ONSHORE
FLOW...YIELDING THE COOLER EAST COAST TEMPS WE HAVE SEEN OVER THE
LAST FEW DAYS.
BREEZY ESPECIALLY ACROSS SE MA...BUT WITH MIXING LIKELY HOLDING
ONLY NEAR H85 AND A SLIGHT INVERSION WITH ONSHORE FLOW WHERE THE
GREATEST PRES GRADIENT IS OBSERVED...GUSTS SHOULD TOP OUT BETWEEN
30-40 MPH MAINLY FOR E MA AND RI...NOT ENOUGH TO SUPPORT HEADLINES
WITH THIS UPDATE.
&&
.SHORT TERM /6 PM THIS EVENING THROUGH 6 PM SATURDAY/...
WEAK SHORTWAVE SHIFTS THROUGH LATE TODAY...ALLOWING THE MEANDERING
LOW PRES TO CONTINUE ITS W PROGRESSION SLIGHTLY. SKIES REMAIN
MOSTLY SKC THROUGH THE NIGHT WITH MORE DECOUPLING INLAND WITH
LOWS DROPPING INTO THE UPPER 20S AND LOW 30S. SOME LOW SC POSSIBLE
ALONG CAPE/ISLANDS EARLY IN THE MORNING ALONG WITH A REINFORCED
PRES GRADIENT...SO TEMPS ACROSS ERN MA WILL REMAIN MOSTLY IN THE
UPPER 30S TO MID 40S...WARMER THAN PREVIOUS NIGHTS.

#163Good luck bud. I already bet a reverse on this game:R.SOX + UNDER 9...What caught my atten. is that both teams can hit and both starters have not been pitching well.....so why did Vegas open this total @ 9..and not @ 9.5?????? I have always put a lot of stock,as to where the books open prices. When I placed my reverse, the wind was blowing out at 25 mph( according to ballpark analyzer), but disregarded this info.cause juice was being lowered................................. .Man,sorry pal looks like i just rattled on,when I just should have said less...my bad..................................... ...................................BOLComment -

#164Yea, now I see 8.5 prints at most books ! If this game were later on in season, May - SEPT., I would have stepped on it for a 4-6 unit play. But got to stick to my guns as to how I bet !! There is no better way to make a big play, than when the bookies " tell you " what to do!!!!.................................. ...GLComment -

#167I think a great way to look at the Cubs game is this:
Game should soar over. If it doesn't, chances are that the Cubs are dominating the game.
So, a play on the Over and the Cubs RL should complement each other, as well as hedge each other.
I personally put 2.5x on the over and 1x on the RL, just in case the Rockies stay hot.Comment -

Like someone else said, if the over loses, then so be it, but when a play makes sense and the line is soft, hit it.Comment -
