I think over a 7 game series, it's hard to shut them down, no matter who is pitching. Maybe they go cold one game. Point is it won't matter if it's a rookie pitcher or a cy young winner. If they're cold, they're cold. It's not because of the pitching. It's because they lost focus. When they're hot, which they are most of the time because they're so smart and so poised, they can hit anyone.
