Phillies torched Perez for 9 runs in 4 innings last time out, he hasn't won a game since June.

Wouldn't do it personally. I'd go Atlanta ML small or i'd go over 8.

If you just look at the starting pitching, Phils has a very slight edge. Atlanta is on a bad losing streak and I honestly think that's the only reason people are liking the play. Perez is a disaster and Harang has played well against ATL, but for me that doesn't really make it a can't miss play one way or the other.

After lineups came out, it looks like Phils are sitting some key guys. Braves have definitely got the edge on the lineup card. Michael Bourn is in the lineup for the Braves and he carves Harang up bad when they matchup.

Both teams have been giving up about 7.5 runs over the last week.

Harang starts = 4-8 home team record/8-16 overall team record.
Harang home ERA = 4.26, overall ERA 4.89 / home WHIP = 1.39, overall WHIP = 1.38.
Perez starts = 2-6 road team record/5-10 overall team record.
Perez road ERA = 4.60, overall ERA 5.44 / road WHIP = 1.51, overall WHIP = 1.58.
