Yo any gambling movie fans out there?

I'm a huge movie guy but out of those I've only seen Rounders and the cooler... i might check out owning mahowny, sounds cool.

other ones that i haven't seen but could be good are croupier, the gambler, and also if you havent seen it you should lock stock and two smoking barrels (kind of, part of it at least, but its a great movie overall too)... that movie rules

rounders is one of my favorites , worm is hilarious

havnt seen any other ones but thanks for giving me a coupple to check out

the sting is also a great classic ( although more of a con than gambling )

yes bro love lock stock 2 smoking barrels , the soundtrack has james brown in it , but this movie has alot of gambling in it check it out bro and im not a ryan reynolds fan at all but he was pretty good.. havent seen the sting jonny atleast I dont think I'll look for it and the croupier tooI have seen all the others mentioned.

Two for the money is the ultimate gambling movie IMO. Pacino was great and so was Matt.

Im still praying for a sequel

Even money and lucky you were pretty good. Rounders was really good but the final scene was so terribly written it ruined the movie for me

Not a gambling movie really but gambling was essential part of the plot but Suicide Kings a great flick as well. A lot of great movies mentioned here. I need to check out Mississippi grind and somehow Owning Mahoney got past me?? Thanks for the scoop on these!

"21" with K Spacey based on true events was a good movie about the MIT team who counted cards. Old school but "Cincinnati Kid" with the king Steve McQueen and of course "The Hustler" with Newman very good. Op check out "Black Snake Moan" with Sam Jackson if you haven't seen it. Great blues tracks and Jackson learned on the fly for filming and was a helluva good convincing bluesman with pro session players backing him.
