hey wanted to pik the forums brain and see what to bet when you like a team but dont want to pay 50-60 cents in juice on an MLB ML do i 1) take the ff and only pay 30 cents or am i better off 2) splitting up the ml and run lines to create a -1 run line and only pay 15 cents? thanks in advance guys

where do you play at?

might want to consider 5Dimes if you want to play -1's b/c they have that option and its a good way to cut down on juice.

If your team wins by 1 run .. then worst case is you push.

but it can be very frustrating when your team wins 4-3 and you just spent the last 2.5 or 3 hours sweating the game and your team won but you still don't win anything.

i guess what im asking is knowing that 25% give or take of MLB games are decided by 1 run am i better off taking the First 5 innings of the team i like if it would save me some juice.....in other words whats the correlation/percentige between the team that ultimately wins the game to the percentage the same winning team has led after the first five?

that all depends on the teams bullpen

Astros are unbelievable when they have the lead late in games.

Me personally i only bet full games. I guess to each their own.

all i care about here is the math...is paying the juice for the First 5 innings justified because the winning team wins the FF greater than 75% of the time unlike taking the -1 run line....based on what the books charge ...juice wise i know my answer but i wanted to get any additional insight from other bettors....
