Understood but I noticed my model likes Fires quite a bit, no doubt because of the 63 strikeouts in 51.2 innings vs. just 17 walks, and Garcia is still iffy in his third start after missing a year following shoulder surgery with his second start being weaker than his first.

Come on...Jays have +3% Roi as +100 dogs or bigger since 2014 but that's only because they won 12 dog games in a row last year from May to June. And Dickey is 7-13 since 2014 with at least +100 odds and fading him in this scenario gave you a Roi of +13%. Jays are 6-15 with Dickey on the road since 2014 (+28% Roi fading him). His knuckler has produced 5% less whiffs than last year and he wasn't even very good back then. Additionally he's already given up 11 HR on his knuckler in 10 games thusfar. Compared to 20 in 34 games last year. He has a K/9 of below 5. This guy has been a joke thusfar. And Zim. is traditionally a stud at home.

One thing concerning about Fiers is tends to not go very deep in games.

But if there is one pitcher who I would fade from the Cardinals its def Garcia.
