Day games are 3am-6am over here so if it's not on the board before bed time then i miss out.

you guys have to start doing DFS -- its a booming industry and its more beatable (like poker) then sports betting.
ive been focusing a lot of my efforts into that -- i got very good at the NBA the final 2 months of the season. Baseball i just hit a major cold streak during the Rockies homestand - on an up and down ride in bases but i love the research and action each night -- as if i dont have enough action..ha

speaking of action - are we going to degen tonight? i usually bet the unders in the all star game but 7 in this ban box might be free money.

(Plus you play for nothing in your own leagues and only national prizes - not daily cash etc)

But if someone cared to explain how it all works / whats involved - i'd be happy enough to try and 99.99% come last haha!

im actually not sure what sites offer DFS outside of US.
you basically get a salary cap each day and pick your team. (each player has a price tag that fluctuates every other day).
just like in the stock market, you buy low/sell high and look for value plays. there are "cash" games where you play people head to head or a field of 20, 30 etc people. then there are large field tournaments of thousands of players -- a lot of the pros are really taking advantage of the multi entry games and just entering hundreds of teams. its just like algorithmic traders running their strategies on black box applications and executing at the speed of light. the fundamental guys are a step behind in my opinion.

i just entered a game for Friday - the buy in was $25 and 1st place is $100k.

All i have to do is beat 23,000 people...haha
