It's almost impossible to watch these Yankees-Red Sox marathons
5-3 in the 3rd and we're an hour and a half in. Ump squeezing both pitchers. Replay always a possibility now.
This one should end sometime around midnight.

2 hours and 20 minutes in.
There have been 29 outs recorded.
Buchholz with a 3-run lead throwing absolute meat balls. What's happened to this guy? His curve ball is total junk.

Why is this dude still in the game?
He has nothing.
Are the Red Sox trying to give this one away?

Hope someone out there is getting some nice plus money live lines. One of those games you can probably get +200 on both sides.

I have the Red Sox and after watching them let Buckdouche blow two three run leads I'm about ready to buy out and goto bed.
I don't even want to watch this shit anymore.
Why did they leave him in so long? He is horrible.

I have no idea. As I said before, he was literally pitching batting practice. Had no curveball at all and was 2-0 or 3-1 to every hitter, just grooving fastballs. Awful. This is all on Farrell, who let Buchholz hand over those three runs.
Yankees are getting pounded live. Line is plummeting.

Remind me, again, why Jackie Bradley Jr. wears a major league uniform?
That dude has been an automatic out since the time he got called up. He's what you call a legitimate .210 hitter.

Solid AB by Cespedes. Way to do your best to get on base.
Did you throw your back out there swinging for the fences?

Lol. I was thinking the same thing.
Players these days never change their approach.
Down 0-2 in the count what do you do? Shorten up and change your approach? Nope. Swing as hard as you can if it's in the area code.

Trying to figure out why the books have been so stubborn with Boston live tonight.
I'm seeing sharp books at +255 with the rec. books in the +300-350 range.

No. 7 runs in the first 4 innings and then not a hit after.

It's really frustrating backing the Red Sox tonight considering they had multiple chances to take Buchholz out but didn't.
Has they taken him out they would still be winning.
It's like they were waiting for him to give up the lead agin before they were taking him out.

Agree. This loss is on Farrell. Buchholz clearly had nothing, yet he stubbornly left him in until the 3-run lead had evaporated.
Again, I've watched a lot of Boston games this year and really believe 2012 was much closer to what this team actually is than '13. I have no idea what got into them last season.
