I put a big play in on Cleveland at +102 last night
Now they're -140.
That's a loser.

I know that's what the "pros" do, but I'm not a pro and too stubborn to admit I'm on the wrong side of another huge "RLM" line move.
At least I can brag to guys like LT Profits that I got a "great number" and "beat the closer." They eat that shit up like it's still 2004.

Called it.
Every. Single. Time.
Line movement of 20 cents or more in baseball is the kiss of death.

Coin, the sad part is that you saw it coming, you called it; yet you didn't do anything about it. It's "live and learn". Hope you learned. BOL tomorrow man.
But there is one more inning. Still hope.

True dat. Not sure about LAD with Haren but SD was obvious. So obvious that I was afraid to bet, afraid of trap. Oh well, there are more chances tomorrow.

Can't wait for LT to lecture me on the importance of getting a good number and beating the closer now.

Used to be, yes. When he was with the LAA. He sucked last year and flaky this year. His numbers improve only because of the last couple games. And remember to always fear the Dodgers bats. Them boys can hit. Anyway, hindsight. Let's look at tomorrow.

Coin, I would tell anybody that beating the books is more important than beating the number. Cheer man and BOL tomorrow.

The line movement doesn't have a whole lot to do with the outcome of the game. I never worry about it! But what do I know.

At the end of the day it's what happens on the ball field that determines the winner. Not line movement.

Rockies opened at +206 and closed at +165. Loser.
Red Sox opened at -136 and closed at -180. Loser.
Rangers opened at +153 and closed at +125. Loser.
Angels opened at -125 and closed at -155. Loser.
I'm telling you, fading this kind of movement is money in the bank.
