I'm thinking is the OVER 9.. HOWEVER, is this the low scoring let down game? It's been over 3 of 3 this series and the two on the mound tomorrow show no signs of putting any kind of pitching clinic against two hot bat teams.

So what's my best bet? I was also thinking H+R+E prop if it was under 28...
