How do the bookies determine the number and order of the baseball games
I have noticed that they do not go in order of the time they start.
How do they determine which games get listed first?

close this dumb thread, it has to do with the time they come in and or they should actually be in order of the hour they start. I don't know who you're referring to

Don Best issues his schedules months in advance. Assume books follow him in posting.

Thanks now that makes sense. I would notice there were some 7:00 games posted way ahead of the 1:00 in the afternoon games!

Because that's the way Best sets up his rotation. Sometimes in CFB his games are listed out of chronological order but the books still use his rotation numbers.
