Yes that is the MLB rule for a regulation game not sure about your book, however, this one has gone 3 1/2 innings so far.

Game only is decided after 5 innings. It should be pushed regardless of who is winning because the Nationals won't get the win if the PPD the match..

I can usually set mine at 5.5 or 8.5 and usually always go 8.5. Postponed and its most likely pushed. My book is always pushed.

for what I know from Bet365 for example. 8 and a half innings have to be played to have a deciding factor. Otherwise it is void, not pushed
