    Easy question
Like you can see from my bad grammar my english isn't the best. There is anyone that can explain me this sentence with easy words? (an exemple is alwais appreciated).

"The Twins are 0-7 since 2011 following a game where they trailed by at least four runs after the first inning"

What's the meaning of "they trailed"?

    Thank you in advance.

Another question: When a game start at 08:00 pm is it a night game or a day game?

Trailed by is the same as losing by. Like the twins are losing 5-1 to the Tigers or whatever. They trail the tigers by 4.

      and yes. night game
