Numbers before the teams are line numbers at some sportsbooks. I'm thinking Colorado may not win a game this year....

Hey does anyone have a site that shows old sports lines? Trying to test a few betting systems that I have come up with but don't know of any site with that?

Hey T.A, good job so far in spring training games. I have always been scared off by exibition games in the past, but you seem do be doin a good, keep it up. Anway, how do you feel about taking the runlines(-1.5) in the regular season? I did this last year and it worked out fairly well. Most games are decided by 2 or more runs around 70% of the time. Its always nice to win more than you have to risk. Id say more times than not if the team I took didnt cover they ended up losing the game out right. There was also a few games that went into extra innings and I had the home team and they would hit a 2 run walk off...talk about a rush!

              Good evening TheLock,

Don't feel bad about it after all the "real" games are still a long way away. Thanks and to you as well. If you flat bet, you probably won't like the results but if you layer them, you'll be fine.

                  Good evening walbjj,

Normally the full day's action will be posted prior to the first game - this doesn't mean I might not add on and if I do, I'll make a new post putting everything together - but right now and for a short while (I hope), things need to be in this fashion. I do a free send page for a number of people, if you want in on the list send a PM with an e-mail addy and you'll be added. If at any point you want to be removed, just send a note and it should cease within two days.

You might try using dogpile.com or other search engine if vegasinsiders dot com doesn't have what you're looking for. Hope that helps.

                        Good evening SmoothMojo,

Thank you but today stunk worse than Pepe La Phew. It happens and we move forward. I'm ok with run lines in certain situations (more so than puck-lines) but things must be reasonable firm to make that call. Where did you get that 70% number from? I do know of a method that works using the run line but have had better success with the money line. They have similar attributes and I was thinking of putting it in play this season, still not certain if I'll do that. Going to have to wait to see how the N.H.L. regular season finishes before making that call. You gotta love it when it works for you.

                          Good evening MexicanStallion,

Worry not, I update my record in the evening or morning and in most cases prior to listing the next day's action unless circumstances dictate otherwise - then I update asap. How I do things will not yeild a "pretty" won-lose record as it's driven by cash. I will tell you I pushed on one game.

I wasnt sure when you updated your record. I saw you had the Yankees earlier, but didnt get to check back, so I thought that might have been the push you have. Yeah I understand it is based on the units basically on different games. Keep up the good work though. You tore up hockey.. bring on baseball

Im glad i found SBR. I dont know much about baseball outside of just watching it on tv occasionally. I look forward to getting more in-depth and watching how TA's system plays out for us. I had to go ahead and purchase mlb.tv so I can keep track.
