evan longoria strikes again... routine ground ball causes an error would of been a 123 inning for cobb now he gives up a run... pathetic man. dont even know why they use that shift against a scrub. understand using those unusual shifts against decent players but not scrubs. what in the fuk is longoria doing by 2nd base...

and at the end of the day..in all honesty i doubt there isnt one 2nd basemen in high school that couldnt make that play, shit.. even little league

To be very honest though, he doesn't play that position. He was in place there as the result of a shift. The fact that he even ended up with the ball in his hand after the bobble and made a bang-bang play (albeit, not in his favour) says a fuk of a lot about his dexterity. I do not like him, and HATTTEEE the Rays, but he is one of the best 3rd basemen to play the game. You missed the, probably 5 or 6, diving stops over this series and the Jays series they just wrapped up that he made in order to keep a runner off base or runners advancing. The balls were fukking HAMMERED and the camera wasn't even on the ball yet but he's hopping up and firing to first by the time anybody knows where the ball is. He is a master at catching runners taking too many steps forward cuz they think the ball can get through but really he caught the line drive so the runners get instantly doubled up. Seen him turn natural double plays from his knees and his ass. Multiple gold-glove winner, cover of MLB 2k10. Dude is absolutely solid defensively. I am sorry that you always get the bad JuJu from him when you play them. That stuff alone keeps me away from betting certain teams or players, just the fact that my luck is not in sync with theirs. Reealllyy don't like the dude but would have him as my 3rd basemen in a heartbeat.

Yea I get u bro.. Trust me hes one of the best defensive 3rd basemen 2 ever play the game.. Was just pissed at that play. But I have tons of respect for him. Balls do not get by him at 3rd no matter how hard it's hit

I don't like him for the exact opposite you do...the JuJu works the other way for me. Every time I take a team that he is playing against...he like single-handedly wins the game. Every time you take TB, he loses it for you haha....although looks like you will take this win home tonight. I would have thought Balt would come out scoring like 5 already but noooope.
