grienke has been dealing lately. kershaw, lowest era. nolasco is pretty good. even crapuano had a good game the other day. and the lineup has tons of good hitters in a row, so every inning is a pain in the ass. also they have lots of money and will add some relievers.

Puig's average is dropping by the day, AGon is good for some dingers and a .300 average, and Hanley Ramirez is a beast. The rest of the lineup is no different than any other decent NL team.

If you ask me, the yankees have a ton of REAL (not that throwing darts at a longshot nonsense) value for the next few weeks. Traditionally a 2nd half team getting its sluggers back over the next month, try to hop on them before they start demanding ridiculous -190 style lines again.

Took batting practice the other day. Still can't run yet. He says he will be back before September. The reality is his hamstrings are shot and now an ankle injury. His body can't hold up...shame.

They key is and has been Hanley. Who knows if that shoulder injury screwed anything up in his swing. He's available for pinch hit duties.
