Both teams been playing a little shaky lately. But tampa's hasn't been playing as hot as they use to they had a real hard time beating toronto at home and their bats aren't hitting as well as O's been. I feel baltimore will have to step up and get these games at home after a long pretty bad road trip. Might actually go with Balt TT Ovr 3.5 as well. They will put up some points on price. BOL
