So the strategy is bet all sucky teams on losing streaks with one exception?

he's chasing dogs that have been on losing streaks, not a bad idea. Twins on a huge slide and they're up 3-0 right now. Don't see white sox winning though.

Actually not literally "chasing", that is the worst thing you can do. But true that losing streaks have a lot of the teams undervalued.

Also White Sox may be the best value of all with Sale at that price.

LT plays mostly underdogs and unders. He looks at lines a lot and tries to shop around for the best number...

for example if a normal play is over/ under 8 runs at -110 .. he will play the alternate line and play under 7.5 at +135

If there is one time the white sox will win a game it is with Sale.

If you ignored Sale's record (which is meaningless anyway) and just looked at his stats, he would be an AL Cy Young candidate.

True and in spite of that the Sox were 1W-5L in his June starts.

Just another reason to ignore W/L records when evaluating pitchers. Unfortunately, writers that vote on awards and such tend to overvalue wins. The bright side is that Sale offers great value right now, which will probably go away after he wins a game or two, so get it while you can.

                            nice call on the twinkies...

have you looked at the dodgers /giants game or the phillies / braves game?

I looked into all the games and thought it was a tough card, which is why I only had six plays. Slight leans to both Unders there and to Phils, but not nearly enough to bet them.

All I see is an undervalued stud pitcher as a decided underdog vs. just a decent overvalued pitcher, but I guess that's just me.

I get it, I mean not often u get sale at that kind of price but at same time u also get a terrible offense that doesn't hit lefties for shit and while Moore certainly thought of more highly than he should be he is capable and has shut this lineup down before. All the while tb is one of the best Lhp hitting teams in the league, I dunno prob a pass for me I understand your side but still have to score to win and not confident chisox can.,
