like the bet on the perma-"due" blow-jays...along with the Angels, Brewers, and of course Giants...in the running for the biggest disappointment of the year (aka. biggest wastes of talent/payroll)

good one...and if you decided to skip class and take a nap instead...u'd be accumulating while sedating (the winner's alternative to losing while snoozing)...and if u were to add in an attractive partner to your nap...it could be one of the best of all options... "earning while squirming"...

the best part of NOT scoreboard watching and tending to other affairs instead...is the "hopeful anticipation of a positive result" just before checking on the score of a game that you know is over (to find out which one of Schrodinger's two cats you actually "got"...) thinking positively of the winning play (the "live cat" result) just might energize that likelihood...certainly can't hurt...

what an amzing parallel universe to hope for...and find out is "real" ...the one where the Toronto BlueJays actually won their last game and our account grows a unit...sure beats the dead-cat/"Jays shit the bed again" alternative...

update: i peeked...and i'm in one of the same old universes where the BlowJays keep getting trounced...so, i suggest you focus on the learning and squirming tonight
