Yes, I have no problem passing on a team who just lost their captain and who has a mediocre pitching staff going against a vaunted lineup like the Tigers. I'd need to get over +200 to take the Yankees on the road versus Verlander.

well for one thing they can't seem to score runs anymore. Another is they lost Jeter. Also their against Verlander and they are on the road.

How could you possible bet on a team that can't hit? This is coming from a guy who has bet every underdog in the playoffs so far!! Haha Yankees cannot win against Verlander if they can't even hit against the bottom of the rotation for Detroit at home with a short porch. Cano hasn't even gotten a hit yet, Granderson is struggling, A-rod can't even put the ball in play. It's Detroit Runline, Yankees team total under, or Detroit Moneyline for game 3. There is no value in a team that loses

and that's why they call it gambling... can't make any money if you always do the right thing.

lol, but there's no such thing as a bet that's 100% a loser before the game starts.

I think I'll be taking the Yankees tonight.

I don't know guys. I'm a big Yankees fan, there is no value here. Look at the value Sunday Night in Football. Rodgers was +180. Now, that's a shot worth taking. Or the Giants and Eli at +275. You culd see value bc Eli is better than ALex Smith. But, where is the value here. Jeter is gone, A-Rod is picking up girls during the game, Swisher and the fans hate each other, Cano is 0-26 breaking records. Bad Karma swirling all around them. There is no value. Saying anything could happen and sh*t like that isn't a very good reason. Could it happen? Sure. But, most likely not....

well the fans hating Swisher should have no impact here seeing as the Yankees get to escape from their half-empty stadium for a few days.

How can you play a team that has been struggling offensively mightily for the last several games vs a pitcher on fire. And they are missing one of their most consistent hitters. A-Roids bat speed is gone and should retire. Texeria hasn't looked right all year, especially coming off the injury. Cano and Granderson struggling big time. Hughes is terrible on the road. Tigers step on the Yankees throats tonight. No team has ever come back in a best of 7 series when losing their 1st 2 games at home to open up the series.
