Really like Federer here, can't see him losing at Indian Wells tonight to Raonic. Certainly high chalk but I don't see him doing anything other than winning it in 2 sets.

Anyone think there is a chance Fed loses here?

You only have to lose that bet once to learn to parlay that chalk with something else. He SHOULD beat Raonic with the conditions a little slow at Indian Wells, but Raonic looked comfy vs. Berlocq with 19 aces. Federer looked good to open too and usually does well here, but in a match that could be decided in a tie break ... -435

Im with you on that EP, i have learned that lesson before, used him to close out a bunch of open parlays that I had, no not so much risk but decent reward. Only a small amount straight.

I would never lay that much chalk in a non grand slam event regardless of who's playing. Ninety percent chance that Federer does win but weirder things have happened in a 3 set format match.

Just look at Ferrer today. He beats Istomin probably 9 times out of 10 that they play in any situation, but today he sucked and lost as a massive favorite.

exactly ......and with Federer/Raonic, you're basically wagering on two tie breakers, which can go either way with both having strong serves.

And here exactly is why you're playing with poison at this high chalk and Raonic isn't even quite as dominant as he's been in other tourneys. But his 1st serve is basically untouchable.

Fed was just as dominate on his serve. Still think Fed pulls this out but these 3 set matches are tough to predict at times when a big player loses the 1st set. 5 setters are totally different!

I agree that Raonic is really hitting that 1st serve hard. Let see if Fed figures it out early in this 2nd set.

By the way ... announcers on Tennis Channel say Fed has the virus likely that has been circulating at Indian Wells ... so um you may be learning your chalk lesson tonight.

They're theorizing he's a step slow because of the sickness potentially, but he looks fine to me. Think Raonic was serving stout in the opening set. Fed stepped it up and broke to start the 2nd. Be interesting to see if Raonic cracks

In a parlay its not really an issue, no one here is talking about laying $435 on Fed to win, at least Im not.

fed with an early break in the 2nd set here, he is serving lights out also so im sure we will go to a 3rd set. Fed wins this

Gotcha, mentioned I had Fed to close out a bunch of parlays and a small amount straight. Decent amount on Fed but no where near 435.

Fed seems to have found his stride. Lets see if the 3rd set is close or like this Fed wins 6-2 or 6-3

I tend to think the 3rd will be closer, 6-4 or 7-5 ... but Raonic is a meltdown candidate so you never know. I am rooting for Fed, always do especially against one dimensional guys.
