If you almost always follow up with a stinker, why not take the day off or just play small?
I've noticed myself doing the same thing, following up with a stinker after a great day. I'm trying to discipline myself to either take the next day off, bet less games or just bet less on each game. It takes great amount of discipline to be a winning gambler, I'm still not quite there.

She's been a pretty bad bet for me over the last year but I feel this will likely go the distance in a topsy turvy 3 setter...Sharapova's serve has been atrocious and had she been playing anyone but the mental midget that was Makarova, she would've been dismissed rather quickly last round. Didn't watch Li against Lisicki but the numbers looked promising. Did follow the score on my phone and Lisicki couldn't put her away being up 40-15 or at deuce, seemed like Li was winning all the big points.
