I think Both Nadal and Djokovic are now better than Federer, i Think Federer will never get back to first position.

djokovic could have won if it was an indoor match
they will meet again later this year and djokovic will thrash nadal in the barclays masters event

Djokovic only had one impressive set imo, the rest he was passive, getting stuck in long rallies. Also very poor physical fitness - the middle of the 3rd set he looked exhausted, and basically gave up in the final set.

I agree Federer will not be #1 ever again unless Nadal gets hurt. I don't know about Djokovic. He's young still at 23, but his 2010 has really not been very good. Only two finals appearances all year after he averaged 6 or 7 per year the last couple of years. I really think he needs to add some muscle to be more effective on-serve consistently and get someone to figure out what exactly his whole allergy-breathing thing is. He's obviously fit enough to play 5 set matches and win when the weather conditions are perfect, but there has to be something that can be added to his diet/training regimen to counter hot conditions because he's still shown to be a liability in those conditions.

I think after Nadal at #1, you are going to see a lot of movement in the rest of the Top 10 throughout the course of a given year at this point in men's tennis. Murray, Djokovic & Federer all should be in the Top 5 mostly, but Soderling, Berdych and when he returns - Del Potro - will have a lot of say about who the best guys are from tourney to tourney.

I still think Del Potro - IF HEALTHY - will be the 2nd best player behind Rafa if he can figure out how to play on grass. Hard courts and clay he has shown the ability on.

I hope Djokovic will be in good form in Devis Cup against Czech R in the semi final, he said yesterday on TV that he is very tired but he will give his best.

Mrrrrm, interesting. I guess troicki prefers indoors, and tipsy is probably worst on clay, but indoors is also berdy/stepanek's strength. Clay and stepanek is ripe for anyone to beat.

Hard courts make these ties more interesting to me. Llodra will be a big favorite against Monaco I would guess. Outdoors, I'd rate Monaco a shot. Indoors Llodra is very hard to beat with his serve. Will back Nalbandian all day against Monfils. They could play on jello or cottage cheese and I wouldn't touch Mon-feasel. Stepanek if it's a big enough handicap offered could be a decent pick, but I like that 2nd match better. Tipsy-Berdych could be a good over shot, although I am guessing the total will be set high at at least 40. I'd take Tipsy as a dog if it's offered. Berdy looks burned out to me and isn't that reliable on this surface which seems odd.
