that's exactly what i'm thinking on second day. I just don't want to do it because I see recent trends show favourite tends to win. But, it seems to shift to dogs now or maybe because this is strange week

Overall, the dog experiment today was a failed one. The losses weren't so much though because of the few dogs that won.

This sort of play varies tournament to tournament - for example, it generally won't work in Umag early rounds because most of the field there is desperate for points on the last atp clay event for a while. It's nice in LA though, because it's the first of a series of hard court events, the favs are often just wanting a light practice session and nothing more.

If you get a list of results for the last decade and stick em through a spreadsheet, you can see what tournaments are dog-fests. Quite useful.
