Nice to see someone else thinking the same thing I am. I would have played it already if Lajovic hadn't drifted out, was +210 earlier today and now its +255 on Pinnacle so might wait till its close to play to place this one.
Lajovic is only +203 at Bookmaker. Heritage has Lajovic -1.5 sets @ +500.

I felt the opening price felt about right, must be a lot of people who like Khachanov.
I'm always a bit concerned when a player drifts out that much (now +267 on Pinnacle) and I want to get on them but i'll probably stick to my guns for it anyway and see how it goes. Serbia will want to get one back from Russia after the Davis Cup. Lajovic seems to pride himself on making Djokovic's job a bit easier too.
As I typed that and checked, it's +279 now

These are the kind of matches Lajovic likes.

Stay hot Conq. Any leans to win AO on either side?

AO winners?
ATP: Among the big 3, Djokovic has the clear edge. Outside the big 3, Medvedev (+750) and Tsitsipas (+1200) look interesting.
If I were to bet futures, I'd go with Djokovic (+120) as one would have good a chance to hedge in the finals (I'm assuming he'll make the finals barring injuries).
WTA: That's like throwing darts. I'll get back with that in a bit.

I would bet a good chunk that both Pliskova and Serena win one this year, but the problem is I just don't know who will win which major. Both are major threats at Wimbledon, and both have already won a tourney this year, so they're in good form for the AO.
As for Novak, I think the ATP Cup and the weight of playing for his country could be a big disadvantage compared to what Roger's been doing for the past month -- presumably focusing solely on AO. Not to mention, Novak was playing two matches a day in some cases with doubles. You could say the same for Rafa, but Novak had a lot more strenuous match play in that tourney.
I foresee Novak getting shocked by a guy like Kyle Edmund or Raonic. God forbid he plays De Minaur or Kyrgios, I'd be large on the Aussie there, likely at around +300 depending on which one it is. Obviously this is all speculation, but end of the day, I may just throw a buck on Roger and live with the results.

Notes:
Kyrgios has the talent but lacks the mentality and will to upset a player like Djokovic at a grand slam.
My fear with the Fed is that he could get upset by someone you wouldn't expect to beat him like he lost to Millman at the 2018 US Open.
Raonic has the serve but lacks the defense to beat Djokovic. De Minaur sure has the potential but I doubt he can beat Djokovic in a best-of-five.
WTA
Williams and Pliskova sure are good candidates but the latter has a better chance than the former. My fear for Serena is that she tends to start slow, often losing the first set when you don't expect her to. If she runs into a really quick player and manages to lose the 1st set, then we can see her go out of the tournament before the semis. One player I really like is Yastremska (+5500). She's growing in leaps and bounds. Honorable mention also to Anisimova (+3600), who is a future grand slam winner in my book of prophecy (lol).

Kyrgios did beat Rafa at Wimbledon in 2014, and has a few other big upsets. He gets up for the big names. Reports on him in the offseason have been positive, likely because he is still on probation and knows he needs to play it straight, at least for this year. De Minaur really thrives in Australia. Broke through in Sydney two years ago, won it last year, and looked very good at the ATP Cup.
I agree big time on Anisimova. Not sure she will get a GS this year, but she could very likely make a semifinal. Yastremska is dangerous, but too hit-and-miss for me. I'd bet Coco wins a major before she does. She'll be bigger than Serena and Venus combined.

I’ve watched their matches and Millman is a weirdly bad match up for Federer with his style but he really needs to play at a high level to pull it off.
I remember a similar game against him in Brisbane and Federer just struggled to put him away.
Against 2007 type Federer Millman would have never stood a chance but being a step slower and I think hurting himself in that match didn’t help either.

You need things to go well. Sometimes, in-game injuries could derail what ought to be a good pick.
