Yes, any time you can get plus money and you are confident in the play, take the plus money. I however do not have a Pinny account and that's where I noticed this price for the handicap and its currently at (-110) at 5Dimes. I grabbed the ML at (-115) when it first opened so there would be not point for me to play the handicap at anything but + money.
