I think Medvedev wins today and tanks 2nd or 3rd round, it usually goes like that after running deep in prior tourneys and with GS around the corner. They rarely tank first rounds unless they are injury prone (Like Monfils).

Do we really think this is a thing? I could maybe see an argument for someone 30+ years, but Medvedev is 23 years old. He's a professional athlete, in career best form, do you really think he's going to tank a Master's event to preserve himself for the USO... Surely not...

If you don't think fatigue is a factor, especially this late into the season, then you dont follow tennis at all. Why do you think there has been more different US open winners in the past decade (Outside of the big 3) than at other slams?

I got behind when it came to updating the thread. I started off Great +6,000$ over two months in here, cooled off/slumped 2-3 months lost about 3-4k. Its been a steady incline ever since Mid June. Hope that helps

Dont know why Brown isnt playing qualies for the US OPEN.Hes in top 200.He has bitched in the past about the travel costs to get there and not being worth it but now that you get 18k for winning one qualie match thats got to be worth a gamble and a coach plane ticket and two nights hotel outside the city for fukks sake.
