Lopez -2.5 Games @1.925 vs Simon
If there was just Grass year round F. Lopez would be top 15. Hes game works great for this surface and the stats dont lie... take a look at his last 3 years on Grass... Simon is ok on grass however his Baseline return style does not suit grass... on this surface this is a bad matchup... im not sure why the odds opened up so close but barring a cold or some sort of injury, Lopez should win this by 3-5 Games.
Chardy ML @1.847 vs Mannarino
Chardy is playing decent right now, hes trying to get his ranking up prior to wimbeldon. Hes got a good serve that works for this surface. Hes 4-0 vs Mannarino. Mannarino is having a terrible stretch of tennis lately he has no points to defend at this tourney so i look for Chardy to take advantage here.
Gunneswaran ML @3.45 vs Pella G
Pella G has no real history of Grass play. Theres no points for either to defend here. Gunneswaran should be playing full of confidence right now after beating Shapovalov. Gunneswaran suprised me with his win over C. Harrison, and he really suprised me beating Shapovalov. I like this young guy, This is his chance to get into the top 100.
Berdych ML @1.704 vs Paire
Berdych has had a bit of a rough go lately however i see him rebounding on one of his better surfaces. If it wasnt for Lopez who barely beat Berdych here last year, im thinking he would have won Stuggart. Paire has been in ok form. Grass isnt his favorite surface, he actually said this 2 years ago. While he made an effort to come back yesterday, i still think Berdych on his day will take care of Paire with little problems on grass.
