With that being said, I see car crashes and AK-47s everywhere. Might be a good day to step back and objectively analyze the anticipated aftermath.

Leans/landmines before I forget:

Klizan - lean
Robredo - lean
Fognini - lean/perennial landmine
Dimitrov - lean
Cilic - landmine
Verdasco - lean/public landmine as back spasm propaganda spreads
Ferrer - landmine that probably lasts another round before detonating
Fish - landmine - would love to see him win another, and will enjoy MASSIVE crowd support, but this may be farewell
Paire - landmine - normally would auto-fade off a career win but Illhan??? Benoit should cruise... should.
Goffin - landmine - another "should win" but seems overpriced and Berankis has shown grit. 2-1 h2h favoring Berankis is worth noting also.

Agut - lean. Will probably play this one somehow so will surely turn out to be a landmine, but I give Pablo (and no one else for that matter) credit for a victory over Jancowicz.

pure fade play or something else? did you watch eithers previous matches? i think over 21.5, not a clean match. but genie @ +106 seems like a steal if she really has shown up for this open.

Watched her play in person Monday. She was thoroughly unimpressive against a weaponless, familiar foe whom she has dominated in the past. Riske was bad, but there were plenty of opportunities for her. Irregardless, I'm not a believer in genie and have cleaned up fading her all year, so I will continue to do so
