      I don't know why the f*ck I even bother anymore, but:

      Please refer to your respective bookmaker regarding information about your specific bookmaker's rules. Does that make sense?

      Generally speaking, from my limited knowledge, it is extremely likely that it will carry over. If they cannot play the match on Monday however, it (the match) will be cancelled!

              Zero. Short flight, no time zone difference, and neither has played many matches anyways.

              Falla has played well against Kohl in recent times though.
