Books are always going to juice the Americans at US hard court tourneys whether warranted or not. I mean broken record, books juice the perceived favorites well above a fair price and have been for years now in tennis.

It's taken me years to learn that tis better to find spots to go against those big numbers than to use them for parlay fodder exclusively.
