Well even though I went 3-2 I still didnt make decent cash, but still on the plus side ... it was still a productive day ... 1 dog and my 2 favs were my wins and 2 dogs went sideways.

My new record stands at: 8-4 +1.85

Well, not liking much on the board today ... looking at 2 dogs and 1 fav .... keep in mind Im trying to keep in the low -300 with my favs, therefore I am trying not to get burnt to easy on this 2nd Round.

Not a good day at all. I assume this has to occur in a sense, Im lucky enough I didnt go big in any of these plays.

My first fade of the season will be against a US favorite. If this play cashes then the money I earn on it will go to my boy JM del Potro.

Good luck on Santoro. I know he's had a couple big upsets, but I remember him vs. Roddick at the US Open last year. Admittedly, he was out of shape, but Roddick had him frustrated the whole match. I think Andy's serve kills him again in the end, although it will be fun to watch if Santoro has any tricks left.

JMDP is playing before the Roddick-Santoro match.

A big question mark is Santoro's fitness, he had a hard five set match and apparently cramps.

I went ahead and still took both ... I feel REALLY confident that the upset today falls on Roddick.

I will give you your just due if that one comes out, I just don't see it. Personally, I'll be shocked to see Santoro win a set. I think he can be competitive and make Andy work, but just too much power. Roddick would have to have one of his worst service days.

My upset special today if I had to pick one: Hantuchova +200 over Cornet. Cornet is playing really well, but Hantuchova has beaten her twice in three tries and both at the Australian Open. Of course, Hantuchova had better form back then.

I just see Santoro capable of breaking Roddick for a set ... Im not saying it will be easy, but if he can manage Roddick to lose focus (which he normally does) ... he should be good.

Not sure about that pick ... it might be the upcoming of a shake of from previous defeats, nevertheless its a pick and I wish you well !!

After I placed this play on this thread I realized JM del Potro was playing before Santoro, therefore, I was confident enough that Santoro would def Roddick, so I played JM at -1065 and I laid what I shoulda won from the Santoro pick $1150 to win $107.98.

I then saw how Santoro got schooled on Roddicks serve and was glad that at least I was smart enough to take JM del Potro and cover for my loss.

Therefore I ended up 1-1-0 for the day with +0.08

Not a complete unit, but still sufficient to have earnings for the day.

My new record stands at: 9-8 -1.77
