A lot of errors off the ground for both of them. I think Berdych's resulting from him being pissed that he didn't put this kid away earlier in the set. The kid might be part nerves, but I think part that he is overmatched here and knows he needs to hit winners.

I think these are the matches that separate Rafa and Djokovic from someone like Berdych. I think Berdych knows he's better, but thinks he should blow the kid off the court whereas like you said - Rafa and Djokovic would construct points and work this kid to death. Wear him out and then star winning easy points.
