    Goldvictory Blocked My Account
I am a french speaker yet i will try to write in english.
This morning i realise that i cannot get access to my GOLDVICTORY account. Since it is a friend of mine who told me about that bookmaker, i called him and told him to come and meet me. he too has a goldvictory account. he tried to enter his account IMPOSSIBLE AS WELL!!!
So i began to make researches about GOLDVICTORY. That's how i found this forum. I see that many people saw their account closed without explanation! At that moment i understand that my friend and i have a serious problem. and hope you will guide us into the resolvation of our issue.
i credited 200 euros and my current balance is about 950 euros.
My friend and i used to place bets with many others bookmakers like Sportingbet, Unibet, and so on and we place our bets together. sometimes we bet on the same issue if we think that we will win. As i used to win, he simply ask for advice.

Standard problem: if you bet from the same IP, they assume you're multiaccounting.

What did the say when you emailed them?

Most sportsbooks have a rule against this. They consider it a form of fraud, circumventing limits by having two accounts.

I am not agreeing with the sportsbooks here, simply explaining what I think happened to you and your (friend).

First off, Welcome to the SBR forum sir

From what you mentioned above, I'll be honest with you sir. It sounds to me like you violated the rules Goldvictory has in place. However, you are always welcome to fill out a complaint form with all your details and one of us will contact them on your behalf to gather all the facts.

We even send our identity card and electricity bill. You know here in Ivory coast It is not usual to get private internet connexion. It is too expensive by the time being. to get an internet connexion one have to pay the equivalent of 64 euros per month. This sum represents more than the "SMIG". I don't know the english translation for this word. It means the minimum payout for a job.
So we used to go into internet cafés to place bets.

i understand it can be a problem in some countries, but Goldvictory lists quite clearly on multiple places on their website they do not allow same IP-play. You could and should have read that, and not have played there if this was a problem for you.
I'm sure you're telling the truth, but someone who would be abusing their bonus playing with multiple ID's would be telling the exact same story as you, there's no way to know for the book.

I saw in my researches that somebody get paid with the help of SBR and we hope you will help me overcome my trouble and i will now carefully read terms and conditions. That's le lesson i will retain.

                      Dear Ramzybi,
Kindly note that 95% of your betting is in conflict with another user. (Same user, same IP, same time)
As it is clearly noted in our FAQ we do not recommend use of internet café. Secondly it is clearly noted in our bonus rules that multiple accounts betting from the same location is prohibited.
With regards to you statement “ They don't reply to my message. ” I suggest you to check your outbox as it was quite a surprise to me that you went directly to SBR rather than mailing GV for assistance.
Funds of both accounts where returned even tough one account had less funds then the initial deposit. In other words your funds were returned in full less charges.
We are sorry for the inconvenient caused and we thank you for your cooperation.

I am happy to see you are on this forum.
First of all i sent a withdrawal request message on 02/10/2008. I know you used to reply to messages within the same day. I was afraid by your silence.
I understand your position and see that my neteller's account has been credited with the amount of 175. I am waiting for my friend to check his account.
we red all your terms and conditions and we recognize that we made a mistake. But i wrote that i am 55 years old as you can see on my ID. that is the reason why i needed him to help me gamble. If you send me back my deposit amount minus "25 euros" Cancelling all my winnings i think IT IS NOT SO HONNEST...

                          Dear Sir,

As stated earlier we are sorry for any inconvenience caused and I m sorry that you may have difficulties in betting with us. However it is always advisable to contact us for assistance and guidance rather than accepting the risk of breach the rules.

Once more it is clearly noted in our rules that any breach in the rules will lead to charges. As I can understand you accepted and admit that you had breached our rules even though you were aware of the risks caused by your actions. As you may understand that bonus could have been granted to someone else and could have been use properly. In other words you’re actions resulted in unfairness towards other players and not towards GV.

You also stated that our actions are not fair, kindly note that paying accounts their full deposit less charges even though there is not enough funds in the account I believe it proved the opposite. In addition all our actions and rules are clearly explained, easy to find and noted in all emails before granting the bonus. It is easy to figure out that if you opt not to obey the rules the actions that will be taken against you will not be pleasant.

Emails sent to GV were answered back within a couple of hours, note that we sent you two emails notifying you about the complications we had with your account and none of them where answered.

Once more we are sorry for any inconvenience.

We appreciate your replies but i said i RECONGNIZE that i breach your rules. What i would like you to know is THAT: we didn't read the terms and conditions at all. So we didn't act consciously. By the time being i am using services of a translator to write in english. I myself speak french.
The translator explained to us the terms and conditions. That's why i said you are right.
There is many internet cafés and here in my country online betting activities is not popular . So We could use different internet cafés. I ZAMBLE BI TO have a computer exclusively reserved for me and i pay the equivalent sum of 40 euros instead of 65 euros per month.
If We were aware of that clauses i would told him to play in another internet café.
ANYWAY i will send email to goldvictory to explain again. Our intention was not to abuse goldvictory.
if you study our bets you will see that it is because i used to win that my friend Loukou asked me for advice as far as betting issues are conserned.
So we never have the intention to abuse your site...

So did the two of you with your bets added together bet more than the limits stated by Gold Victory? If you did, it is suspecious. If you didn't, not really suspecious, because you could have bet the same amounts out of just one account.

A lot of us would like to have the option of having two accounts at a book when we want to bet over the limit on a soft number.

it was a normal poster making that last post, not gvstaff2, so he didn't have the records, he was just guessing.

also, you say earlier in this thread 64 euro a month for your own internet connection is too expensive for you (which seemed very possible to me), but yet you and your friend together apparently bet 233 euro on the halftime line of some random soccer game.

anyway, your stake size is none of my business. the fact remains you violated the rules, whether you knew about the rules (as you say "conciously") or whether you broke them by accident or on purpose doesn't matter to the case.

so, since you are admitting you were (by accident) in the wrong, in my opinion there's not really a case any more to discuss, since your deposit has been returned to you. judging from how goldvictory handled similar disputes on this forum, they are not gonna back down and there's no way you will get your winnings.

Personally, I think this has been handled fairly, if indeed this is the end result.....Deposit(s) returned. Sorry OP, but you should have read the rules, as I imagine anybody should do before sending off their funds into the Great Unknown, and as you yourself have admitted.

Seems pretty cut and dry as far as I'm concerned.....

With regards to not reading the rules it is a bit strange, it looks clear to everyone that you read only part of the rules! You read how to request the bonus how the make the correct deposits and how much you need to wager in order to withdraw the bonus, the rest was ignored. As you stated you are French and right now you are using an online translator, it would have been more clever translating the rules and reading them before hand.

On the other hand I can understand your difficulties but you left me with no options. Coming to SBR and placing everything public, stating that you didn’t read the rules, that you bet in company of another player, playing from an internet cafĂ© with the same internet connection and then requesting for an exception! If I accept to do so that would be unfair towards genuine customers.

Everyone in this forums can offer you three tips! First is always read the rules before requesting any bonus! Second ask for assistance directly to the company responsible for that rules! Third follow the rules and if you don’t approve then reject the bonus! By doing so you will stay out of trouble.

If you require any further assistance please let us know.

Yeah right, I followed these rules and I had to endure a month of shit before I got my money back.

Ramzybi, how many bets did you and your friend make from the same IP address, and over what time period? If Goldvictory shut your account down within minutes of your first conflict, then they have acted fairly within their own rules.

However, if they let you both continue to bet, waiting to see if you both would lose, then this is a joke.

In fact, they should have cancelled your bets before kick off.
