Can you please check your limit on futures bets? For example, go to hockey futures. Pick a team to win the cup, enter 10000000 and see what the limit the system gives you. I am getting a message that based on MY ACCOUNT and wager type, the limit is $100. Yet, customer service is claiming that limit is for everyone. I am 99.99999% sure they are wrong, but before I file a complaint I want to make sure. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks guys.

Have you been beating them up badly? CS at lots of books have their issues... They just don't understand, and frequently get things wrong.

The worst part customer service wise is the fact that TWICE today I was promised I'd get a call back, one of them was supposed to be within 15 minutes. No phone call, no email, no response at all.

I've been up and down lately, nothing too big in either direction. Customer service told me the limit was for EVERY account, and clearly based on what you guys are telling me that is flat out untrue.
