Intertops still takes Americans if you're grandfathered in, that should probably be listed as an exception. I got a decent reload bonus from them recently and a friend of mine who hadn't played there in several years was still able to play because he had an existing account, even though it hadnt been funded in a while.

Currently have the .com's. Need to update 3 sites who are now using bettheglobe.eu, betusa.ag and yowager.eu
Also if keeping Badlands listed (rather than offline) their URL is badlands.co. Though pretty sure they're offline and this site just sends players to UCABet.
Also you have feltstars.com. If keeping them, their URL is feltstars.eu. They however haven't offered sports betting for quite sometime and are only a Merge poker skin. Merge handles all the payment processing. Probably doesn't deserve F rating, as no less safe than any Merge skin site. If there was issues in past deserving of F then perhaps listing the .com as offline and leaving F makes sense with them having not offered sports betting for quite sometime.

Hi guys,
Loving the feedback in here.
One note, the .com is used in most instances where it redirects. That's what most people search for.

Off top of head for PLN currency, the sites you're missing that accept it include Bookmaker, Gamebookers, Party Bets, Interwetten, and Betsafe.

What is the reason why so many of these books don't take Canadians?

You may want to consider removing e W a l l e t X p r e s s and e P a s s p o r t e alltogether from the eWallet Options filter.
Both were forced to shut down end of 2010 through pressure from US authorities and significant player funds were lost. Have not been viable wallet options since - just leaves a bad taste for those players caught up in it.

Dead Video links
Need to remove the video links for Nordic Bet, Oddsmaker, On-linesportsbook, and OrlandoSportsbook.
They all display an error 404.

EWallet Options
When you select the Paypal filter under the EWallet options, both BetDSI and Bookmaker are listed even though Paypal is not listed as a payment option on the full review.f

Several things here:
The URL is allyoubet.ag (Currently listed as Off-line)
They are accepting US players. (Currently listed as restricted)
I did not attempt a sports betting transaction with my "$50 FREE BONUS!" but I never encountered the message above.
