An interwetten (SBR rating B-) wagering complaint has been received. A player claims to have wagered 30 minutes into a Turkish basketball game without recognizing the match had began. The player has cited interwetten's rule that all wagers placed after the start of an event would be void. SBR is investigating the complaint.

interwetten bet cancelation update
On 5/21 SBR reported that interwetten (SBR rating B-) canceled a player's $50 wager on a darts match between Taylor and King. interwetten canceled the bet prior to the game beginning and notified the player there was an error in the odds offered. SBR has confirmed that the odds of 1.7 were off market.

interwetten (SBR rating B-) canceled a player's wager on a darts match between Taylor and King. The $50 wager was placed at 1.7 odds. interwetten e-mailed the player indicating there was an error in the odds offered. SBR is researching the games line history.

BoyleSports (unrated) declines to discuss sportsbook complaint
On 2/15 SBR reported that BoyleSports (unrated) voided a players winning €20 wager on an Italy Series B soccer match between Gallipoli and Grosseto. SBR followed up on the complaint and inquired to BoyleSports about the wager cancelation. BoyleSports cited data protection as the reason it could not comment on the case, despite the fact that the player authorized SBR to inquire on his behalf. The soccer match between Gallipoli and Grosseto has come under fire in the last week with at least two confirmed sportsbooks, BoyleSports and interwetten (SBR rating B-) canceling bets on the soccer match due to suspicions of foul play. Top soccer sportsbooks such as Betfair (SBR rating A+) paid all bets as normal in the match.

interwetten addresses €6300 canceled bet dispute
interwetten (SBR rating B-) has addressed the €6300 canceled bet dispute from SBR's 2/15 report. interwetten has cited third party news sources which chronicled a highly irregular number of bets on a 2-2 exact score outcome on an Italy B Series soccer game between Gallipoli and Grosseto. The score was 2-1 at half when a lopsided number of bets streamed in on the exact outcome. SBR has inquired in discussions with interwetten whether or not all open bets on the game were voided, or only the wagers on the 2-2 outcome. interwetten stated that its legal department advised them to not answer these questions. interwetten, along with all other sportsbooks which serve sports where match fixing has been proven to occur have rules on file enabling them to void all bets in such games. The most ethical course of action when canceling bets on matches determined to be fixed is to void all wagers, not to selectively apply which wagers to settle. interwetten voids £6300 winning bet
interwetten (SBR rating B-) has voided a £6300 winning soccer wager. A player placed a bet on an exact outcome between Gallipoli and Grosseto, Italian B League soccer. Ten hours after the wager was graded the winnings were voided. interwetten left a note in the player's account citing an error in betting odds. BoyleSports (unrated) offered comparable odds as interwetten on the same wager. SBR is contacting interwetten to discuss this dispute.

SBR Bill Dozer reports: SBR received 2nd complaint of voided winning wagers in past month from interwetten (SBR rating B) users. The sportsbook’s software did not apply correct wagering limits to some events. In these cases, management has applied the betting limits after the match was finished, during the grading process. The result was the cancellation of the winning wagers that put the player’s total risked amount over the intended limit. SBR to discuss the flawed system with management.
