Ok heres exactly how convo went.
me. Hi i made a wd request this morning and the money hasnt been removed from my acct uet. Were there any problems.
Rep. Mumbles something couldnt hear her.
me. I repeat what i said politely
Rep. Screams at me saying i said hold on damn it im checking
Me. Wow maam no need to yell im not upset just checking
Rep. Just hold on

Rep. Requests are submitted at 1me eastern time rudely
Me. I chuckle and say thanks for the great service. By the way its 330.
I know i will get paid never not got paid by them but honeatly id rather get treated with respect and wait a few extra days for money than deal woth that shit. Too bad if tony gave a actual shit about his customers how truly great a book theyd be.

Seriously? I think I would quit gambling before I went back to Legends' vanilla lines. There's several reasons why 5-Dimes is kicking ass in the SBR poll right now--betting options and reduced juice to name but a few. Yes their CS is lacking, but who really cares? I'd rather win money at a Book with rude reps than lose at a Book that treats me like my shit don't stink.

Your 5D withdrawal complaint is absurd; they processed your payout same day. What the fukk else do you want--some CS rep to sukk your dikk over the phone?

I've never ran into a issue that 5dimes hasn't taken care of, without a problem. When I got locked out of my account a couple years back, for supposedly "Screen Scraping", Tony came into live chat and cleared everything up for me.

They have even canceled bets for me, that I made by mistake. Just telling me don't let it happen again, and this is the first and last time.

5Dimes has the worst customer service of any book. Been cursed at them before for making a polite inquiry.

The sad part of it is that 5d can get away with it because they are the #1. If a justbet, uca, bi or yw did this it would eventually be the end to their book. Not 5 dimes.

Regardless of everything said in here 5Dimes should take the money out of the account as soon as it is requested. I know someone said you have a problem if you can't wait and gamble it away, but some people are like that and that is the reason they don't take it out.

Had a guy from sportsbetting.ag give me an attitude and then hung up on me. I called back, he picked up again, and hung up on me again. Not only is sportsbetting.ag and BOL sinking financially and slow playing the shit out of people but they are rude assholes too. Guy's name was Reggie for future references.

Just to be fair and update. I received my receiver info this morning. Like i originally said. I never have not been paid by them there customer service is the issue. They screw up frequently are rude and usually not very helpful. Everything else about the book is terriffic. Its too bad they cant get better trained reps.

Good to hear. I have never had a problem with a 5D payout, but have had a few run-ins with CS on other issues (misgraded bets)--including the "pleasure" of a live-chat with Tony. I just tend to overlook it because they have the best betting options of any remaining US Book. As far as when a Book takes the money out of your account, it differs from book to book. BI takes your withdrawal out immediately, while others do it when they get around to processing it--which can range from later that day (5D) to weeks later (betPhoenix). Mondays are particularly busy for payout complaints so I wasn't too surprised that your request wasn't processed (and funds removed) until much later in the day. That said, I was over the top in some of my comments yesterday and apologize. Glad it all worked out.
