I don't like to get into were checks come from exactly, but I know of someone paid recently who got a check that was very legitimate and easily depositable.

I understand your position. Mind if I ask when the check was requested and how long it took? Just trying to ascertain if this was a recent request or merely a recent receipt of a delayed payout. Thanks for sharing.

I'd like to chime in if you guys dont mind...I got a check from WSEX 2 weeks ago..it's a bank draft drawn from canadian bank...it's currently in pending stage for collection...and check this out..the canadian bank already charged me $100 USD to process the bank draft...and my bank will charge $25 to process it...

I'd say it's BS to wait this long to access my fund and get charged $100 just to collect it...WSEX is no longer on my fav sportsbook list...

Unfortunately, I think that may be a bank-specific issue. I've deposited several canadian checks in my U.S.-based bank and have never incurred any fees.

My last requested payment (overnight/couries) which showed up last week took SIXTEEN days!!

It was a Canadian money order...
My bank had no problems adding the funds to my account that day....

And yes they did refund the "courier fee" but that isn't the point...
Courier is express and express mail is OVER-FCKING-NIGHT!!
NOT waiting days/weeks to receive OUR money.

Move to Canada and you will get paid in a day every time from WSEX.

I disagree. They've had over a year to find a stable processor base. Other books seem to have their shit together. Downgrade wsex to at least B+ until they get their acts together.

Still waiting for my September 18th payout!!!!

I cannot believe these guys, I have sent 3 or 4 emails to them from October 18th to today and they still keep saying they are sending me my payout via FEDEX and I still have not recieved it yet, almost 2 MONTHS!!!! Each time I ask them what are the FEDEX tracking numbers they say they don't have them but they will send them to my email, they also said they cut me a check 2 weeks ago and I should have received it by now, yeah right. They keep telling the same old proccssor story blah, blah.... There payots have turned into a big joke, but I'm not laughing.

Dude...I feel your pain...guess what...once you get the check...plan on waiting for another 4 to 8 weeks for your bank to collect your money from canadian bank.

Vinne, are you kidding me? What a circus, I have never had to go through this before, they take your money in a heartbeat, then when it's time to pay you they take as long as they want, what a joke, makes me think it's time to get away from offshore, not worth the risk or headaches..

you guys need a new bank,my banks clear those canada checks in 2 business days,never been questioned and never had a problem

withdrawals do appear to be working correctly now. I've made a couple of them during the past 3 weeks and received it in 10 calendar days both times. Of course, I'll let you know if they don't clear but I'm optimistic because I haven't read about any problems during the past month and half.

Mine also clear in 2 business days. Keep in mind that I always keep a healthy positive balance in my bank account and have never over drawn nor committed any other transgressions.

I recieve Canadian checks from Bookmaker.com. No problems, as of yet. Bottom line: The only measure of a solid book is getting paid PROMPTLY! There are very few: Bookmaker takes about a week from my own expereinces. Not bad.

Prior to deposit my check from WSEX...I also deposited a WSEX check which was bounced for same amount....I am thinking this might put a bad mark on my activities...

Now the last 2 emails I've sent them (last Friday and yesterday) the don't even reply back, this is complete B.S. I've been professional with them, haven't flown off the handle and they just keep saying your check is coming FEDEX but we don't have the tracking numbers yet, blah, blah, well I don't know about you, FEDEX doesn't take over 10 days to arrive, they could have sent it by covered wagon and I would have got it faster.... Pretty lame outfit, they never used to be this way.

Check from Matchbook

I know WSEX and Matchbook are affiliated. I requested a check from Matchbook last week via Fedex. I received it NEXT DAY (drawn on Canadian bank). Depositied in my checking account and the funds cleared and were available next day (no hold)- and no I did not have enough in there to cover it.

Whatever problems WSEX/Matchbook had have been corrected. Unfortunately, it looks like they have to play catch up on requests like yours. Sorry to hear about your situation. The good news is that WSEX/Matchbook are NOT STIFFS....been around way too long. You'll get paid eventually.

Here is the new update, I called them today and they said they were sending it by courier and they are waiting for their proccessor, once they get the info from their processor they will send my check, what?? I have more money to withdraw, but I'm waiting to make sure I get this check, hopefully should receive it by Christmas
