      Same thing is happen with Legends , but legends is paying the fees.
      Bookies that allow Americans are shuting down the ewallets, my guess is that neteller and moneybookers are been presure to not accept their bussiness.

                Sorry bud, can't offer to help retroactively on issues you accepted and chose not to file a complaint over. I can only speak from the complaints that have come in. Besides I think you're more keen on taking potshots than actually reaching out to ask for help.
