That suprises me a little bit, but I would give them the benefit of the doubt if it is a new concept. I have dealt with Roger over there and I happen to think he is one of the better customer service reps.

However, this is the thing that is questionable to me is the poker room. I am pretty sure that Heritage was not going to have a poker room and now they are. Obviously it appears that they want to be one of the big online sportsbook's on the market.
