Same exact thing they told me. I had been in communication by email with a host and now they won't respond by email. Actually had the first of 3 checks arrive yesterday- will deposit today-- hopefully doesn't bounce.

I had asked for a tracking number for weeks and they said they have not received anything from processor- now the check just shows up by Fedex. Hope the check is good.

How long did it take you to recieve your checks. Yea i withdrew 14 checks and they said they would contact me with tracking numbers when they recieve it. Atleast you got your checks guess they paying. I never had a problem with them until this year.

Don't worry, you'll get paid. I had gotten 3 checks from them in 1 day. You just never know, the only thing we know is they are not very swift.

Thanks its just so dumb takes them so long for a damn check but they take ur money so fast. They do that shit on purpose so u can continue playing nd they hope you lose it all. Have you ever had a check bounce

Iceman, knock on wood, I have never gotten one from them that bounced yet.

Received check #1 of 3 the other day and deposited. Crossing fingers that it doesn't bounce. Then got an email yesterday from their customer service with the tracking number for check #1. I replied saying thanks, but this info is 2 days late, check already received and deposited.

Requested payout by wire transfer (3 different ones) in mid-April - just received check #1 of 3 of them last week. after 1 month of waiting for wire transfers, had to have wire transfers refunded and then request checks. Second thing is that every time I am "given" an account host, he leaves the company within 2 weeks and I get no notice of this.....

Sportsbetting.ag withdrawals issue

Before all this went down with Sportsbetting.ag I withdrew over 30k via check and they were processed on the 4th day before betonline took over yesterday. I withdrew my first check on May 23rd and still haven't received it and wondering if i should file a complaint with SBR or just wait it out like couple weeks and see what happens.

Same here. I have 9 separate checks that I withdrew from sportsbetting.ag within the past 2 weeks and I have no info on anything yet. I almost want them to debit my funds back and wire transfer

yea i was thinkin same but doubt they gonna wire it as fast as they say cuz the so backed up with payments. wonder how long its gonna take till they open the chat option so i can ask if im gonna get paid

Sportsbetting was not going to process those payments soon since they were shopping the book. It seems the smaller bettors got theirs but the big winners were stalled. Your best bet is to see what CS has for you. Betonline has already started sending Sportsbettings withdrawals. Hopefully there won't be a bottle kneck but depending on how many were overdue it may have been unavoidable.

People have been stiffed at Sportsbetting that much. Going back to when this ownership was at BestLine Sports maybe 7 yrs back, no one has been stiffed by BetOnline any amount.

All the account managers can say at Betonline is the system is still being updated- they claim they have no other information on the players feom Sportsbetting that are still waiting for their checks.

I don't understand how they don't have a print out with everyone of their A/R acoounts- how much the receivable is for- and the date the receivable was opened.

When buying another operation, this is the first order of business so you don't lose customers. Just telling customers- we have no information, check back in 3-4 days- is not a way to try and keep those customers.

Unfortunately I've found out this past week from people high up in the industry that the books with a "b" rating or higher just pay SBR for prime real estate advertising more or less. Then the administrators filter the forums and delete what they don't want the public to see. I wish I could speak with loyal betonline users

They are working to restore live chat to help field the inquiries. They understand that lots of players have questions right now, even those without funded accounts.

In the meantime, users with balance or pending wager issues can write to SBR.

If by than they still dont have chat nd cant tell me anything about my 34k i withdrew im gonna file a complaint with sbr. Funny how they are accepting feposits but you cant even chat or nowbody can explain where peoples withdrawal money is at. Better to be honest and be like its going to take 2 weeks for everything to be running than keep saying it will be up in 24hrs.

True but remember that BetOnline didn't control when the switch was flipped. Sportsbetting is unloading delinquent accounts. It's not as if BetOnline is taking over their system intact and operating it. Once they flip the switch thousands of manual entries have to be handled. I agree communication should be better.

Yes, of course. SBRforum only accepts books with a B rating or higher for advertising, books in good standing. There are A rated books that don't advertise and B rated books that do and get much more traffic from the network.
