I hate when Books abuse the ambiguous "recreational" rule which is Book speak for "losers only" welcome here. The guy completed his rollover, so he should be paid in full. Then ban him if the Book no longer wants his action.

P.S. BetUS should not be confused with BetUSA (B-), which would never pull this BS on their clients.

Update:

Filed complaint with SBR last night. Had a call last night from betus and they insist I will have my payout card within a week.

I have been waiting three weeks for this card, the guy I spoke to earlier in the day yesterday now changed it to " four weeks to receive the card" , so I am not holding my breath.

I will say the guy last night tried to be very reassuring that I would eventually receive the payout. But again - we will see

Update:

they have actually been on the phone with me multiple times today to try to work out payment.

I did receive the card in the mail finally as well.

I am still waiting for the card to be loaded. I hope this has a happy ending (not only for me but for the people who have been following that may have funds currently with BETUS.

Money came today. I am not sure if they monitor this site, but I will tell you that since that day I registered this complaint, they have moved quickly on my payout.

I want to be fair and tell everyone that I DID GET PAID.

I guess with some of the issues going on at Bovada and places, this wasnt the worst scenario ever.

I still probably would be leary about any bonus action from these guys considering it took me over $13,000.00 in wagers to reach my $300 rollover bonus. I left a small amount in the account to play with them - will update this thread about future payouts if I dont lose the small balance in this book.

I know BETUS always gets a bad rap here - but I did eventually get paid...and again - want to be fair in what I post here.

(also their lines are almost always off by a point or so....that was another negative of this book.)

You had sbr or you wouldn't have gotten paid! They deal dual lines slow pay if they even pay at all

Careful man, you are treading into libelous territory. The poster in the dispute deposited $1000. Was the quote that it's a gem for those who deposit $1000 or less, or less than $1000? If the latter, he has no one to blame but himself for depositing that extra penny.
